As if the split from her husband and feud with aspiring celebrity Evelyn Lozada wasn’t enough for her to handle, Jennifer Williams is facing even more drama today as a result of her role in the hit show ‘Basketball Wives‘.
According to a report by TMZ, the show’s producers are plotting to launch a lawsuit against Jennifer, in response to a media blitz by the star which saw her criticize the show’s portrayal of African American women, after footage of her being was slapped by Lozada’s assistant was aired this season.
TMZ claim:
According to our sources, producers feel Williams’ show-bashing is in violation of her contract — which forbids cast members from doing any media appearances or press without approval, or speaking negatively about the show. We’re told they feel she is “ruining the brand” they worked so hard to build.
Here’s hoping all is resolved. If not, with a vacancy open at Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta‘, now might be the time for Williams to pull in favor from her good friend Nene Leakes.

The show needs to be boycotted and removed from the air anyway. I hope this cast doesn’t film another season. BBW Los Angeles was okay, but these chicks are too immature and violent.

This has the stinch of a bunch of bull crap to me, is this another media stunt for more ratings? Some one was assaulted and you kick them while their down? Your producers should have been the one slapped.
