Hailed for his ability to make folk laugh, ‘Madea’ film maker Tyler Perry had nothing to smile about last night.
For, chaos descended on the 42 year old’s sprawling Atlanta movie studio, after a four-alarm fire erupted at 9pm.
Flames engulfed the property, which is listed as a 200,000 square foot studio which includes a post-production room, five sound stages, a 400-seat theater, private screening room and a backlot. The flames were extinguished an hour later.
Fire marshals confirmed that there were no injuries, although there was extensive damage to portions of the property.
The cause of the incident remains unclear.

BURMY what a stupid and retarded thing to say. Stupid is as stupid does so I guess you can’t help it. Anyway I am glad no one was hurt and I am sure the building will be back up and running and better than ever in no time! Prayers are with you Tyler Perry!
