I really Really like this show. Its great seeing a positive show about a black women getting what she wants.

I am really enjoying this show. China should have never been manager. As a manager she is too emotional, defensive, and immature. Angela and Terry made insignificant remarks in reference to her position as a manager and overall presense in the salon. Who cares?! It was grade school nonsense in my opinion. A manager needs tough skin and know how to brush off the stupidity of others and focus on the task at hand. The woman is in charge of a business and the silliness of the fellow stylists should have fell on deaf ears. The stuff China let get to her made no sense to me. It goes to show that individuals with a slightly abrasive attitude are not always as tough as they seem.
