China needs to be fired ASAP!! I understand consequence but what China did was petty and a personal vendetta against Angela and absolutely NOT professional. Kim you being the owner should’ve stepped in and handled that situation before it got to the point of making a sign and going outside. I feel Kim made a very poor decision leaving China in charge as manager and China needs to stop power tripping & remember that what goes up MUST come down!! #HUMIBLENESS

China is a hot ass mess. Kim must owe China a big debt cause she let her off the hook all the times.

Kim must be so out of touch with her own shower or her salon. When she made China Acting Manager, this girl China said NO TEAM WORK. Why is it now Angela is being protrayed as though she is not a team player.
Secondly, had anything happened to Angela whiles standing outside with this sign, then Kim would have know who was responsible for Angela whiles at work. The girl China has no clue what a role of a manger entails and has not demonstrated not one quality of a manager.
Kim, if China had your back her decisons would have reflected when making them. Being petty, always aggressive, ready for a fight, shouting irrespective clients are around. YES SHE GOT YOUR BACK .

I don’t know what the hell Kim was thinking when she put China in charge, but I hope when the reunion comes that Kim will look back on these episodes and realize the BIGGEST mistake she had made by putting China in charge. China is an INSTIGATOR and VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! China needs to learn how to win friends and influence people, because those are some SKILLS she DOES NOT have! and she fake want to have her own business Pitsh…Please! GET YOUR MANGERIAL SKILLS UP AND MAYBE YOU WOULD BE SUCCESSFUL with your wack ass!

Why is Kim so dumb. China is ruining her business and making her look bad right under her nose and she don’t even notice it. Wake the f*ck up Kim. I don’t like how Kim treated Angela and didn’t even ask who made her go outside with sign, just immediately attacked Angela. I’m not going to watch Season 2 if China’s dumb ass is on.

Yes China needs to go but so did Angela. Who leaves 2 clients waiting at a hair salon? It is not physically possible to service both of them at the same time. She is assuming another stylist would be free to help her out and that does say that she thinks she is above working there. All she had to do was call her clients and the salon and let them know, but instead she is acting like they should be glad she is doing there hair.

Based upon what is aired and the ending product that we see, Kim, herself needs management skill(s) training. I think everyone on the show are strong, resourceful, innovative and intelligent. It is shown in the creativity they present through their clients every week so I think Kim needs assistance in finding ways to manage a group of strong individuals. Also, I based upon what is aired, it appears that Kim also talks “shop business” in ftont of customers, on the floor as they say as opposed to an office or provately. I do recognize that her old shop was small, but she could have made a note of the infraction unless serious like when Angela was sleeping and talked with the person outside of the salon or at the end of the day. I’m concerned because this is an example of what so many people face today when they go to work: a manager such as China, that has no training, no skills, is authorattive, aggressive, shows bias, and places blame as opposed to leading with intergrity, equity, assertiveness and inclusively. I do think that we can all learn from the content being presetned especially when opening a salon, but I think the lessons can be applied to any business. I salute everyone on the show for sharing their lives, skills and talents with the world. Please note that not everything filmed is aired so some of the story is left out. China, while I admire your willingness to assist and protect your friend, please consider how your behavior could potentially hurt Kim’s business as well as expand it before you actually act not after.

Kim you are awesome! BUT China has to go!
Really you think she is a good manager??? You should have left terry in charge!
Kim WHY do you let china do whatever she wants?
Is this for ratings? Because your skills is enough for ratings!
