Looking to cure your Bieber fever? Well, ABC may be readying a weekly antidote just for you. For, after winning over fans with his 2011 silver screen debut ‘Never Say Never’ and guest starring roles aboard various television programs, Justin Bieber has teamed with the network giant to reboot plans of launching a comedy based on his life.
Originally set to premiere in 2011, the show was put on hold (presumably until Bieber truly proved his staying power). Now, ABC is all-systems-go for the 2013-due project. Set to center around the star’s family life before he got famous, the Canadian pop prince (and his manager) will serve as executive producers of the yet-titled show.
The announcement comes just a day after Bieber took to Ellen to talk about his recent Grammy snub and upcoming acoustic album. See that below:
