As has been making headlines all week, ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ starlet Kandi Burruss sent fans into a frenzy when she took to Facebook to announce plans of releasing a gospel single with ‘Never Would’ve Made It’ hitmaker Marvin Sapp. Entitled ‘Stay Prayed Up’, the recently engaged singer-songwriter did indicate this was a one-time occurrence and not indication that a full gospel album was in the works.
Despite such announcement, members of the gospel community weren’t exactly pleased with news that the sex toy maven had plans on venturing into gospel. In response, Burruss took to Facebook to say:

I believe Kandi gospel song is goin to beome big hit. I listened to it from the show and her Mr. Marvin, doing what they do, “Blow”!
